Registration for BreakThru is officially OPEN!
BreakThru is one of our favorite events of the year and an incredible opportunity for our youth to get away for a few days, have fun together, build relationships, and most importantly, encounter God.
Throughout BreakThru, youth will experience worship, teaching, recreation, and intentional time with their Small Groups. Each day, they’ll have opportunities to talk with their leaders about what God is teaching them and how He is working in their lives.
REGISTRATION
BreakThru costs $250 per youth, with a $100 deposit due at registration. A 50% sibling discount is available.
We only have 75 spots available, so we encourage families to register as soon as possible.
Registration Deadline: November 25, 2026
TRAVEL
We are scheduled to leave Heritage Church on December 30 around 1:00 PM and plan to return on January 2 around noon.
We will share more specific departure and arrival information with registered families as we get closer to BreakThru.
REQUIRED PARENT MEETINGS
This year, we will have two BreakThru Parent Meetings, and a parent or guardian must attend one before their youth attends BreakThru.
November Parent Meeting: Sunday, November 15, immediately following the 11:00 AM service
December Parent Meeting: Sunday, December 13, immediately following the 11:00 AM service
You only need to attend one of the two meetings, but you must attend one.
There are a few important things every parent and youth needs to know before we leave. BreakThru Camp will look a little different in a few areas this year compared to previous years, and these meetings will help us make sure everyone is aware of those changes and understands the expectations before we arrive at camp.
We’ll cover transportation, schedules, camp expectations and guidelines, medications, communication during camp, packing information, and other important details. There will also be time to answer any questions you may have.
WHAT TO PACK
Youth should bring comfortable clothes for camp; a sleeping bag and pillow or sheets, blankets, and a pillow; toiletries and a towel; a bag for dirty clothes; a Bible and journal; a rain jacket; a jacket for cold weather; and clothes for recreation.
We will send team colors and recreation information in December after the registration deadline.
Youth may also bring money for the camp store if they would like to purchase snacks, drinks, shirts, mugs, hats, or other items.
IMPORTANT: Portable speakers are NOT allowed at BreakThru. Please do not bring Bluetooth speakers or any other type of portable speaker. No exceptions.
We will send additional information and final reminders to registered families as we get closer to the trip.
