IN THIS LESSON

Have you ever been lying in bed when your mind suddenly reminds you of past mistakes or embarrassing moments? Sometimes those memories are harmless, but other times, they’re filled with regret and shame that try to hold us back.

Week 3 is all about learning how to move forward with God instead of getting stuck in the past. Shame & regret can paralyze us, but God never calls us to live looking backward. He calls us into a new future.

We’ll look at Isaiah 43:18–19 & Philippians 3:12–14 to see how God does new things in our lives and invites us to forget what’s behind so we can press toward what’s ahead in Christ.

We’ll also dive into Galatians 6:9, learning that moving forward isn’t always easy, but when we keep doing the right thing, God promises growth and reward in His timing.

Bottom Line: Keep moving forward.

Challenge: Don’t stop doing the right thing this week, even when it’s hard.

We believe God will use this message to free us from the past and give us confidence to step into the future He has planned.

Shame & regret can paralyze us, but God never calls us to live looking backward. He calls us into a new future.
