I'm Questioning Everything (A Series On Doubt)
OVERVIEW OF THE LESSON
Scripture: Judges 6:12–16 + Romans 12:2 + Matthew 21:21
This week, we learned about doubting God’s plan when we cannot see where He is leading us. In Judges 6, Gideon was hiding in fear when the angel of the Lord called him a mighty hero.
Gideon saw himself as weak and unqualified, but God saw who Gideon could become through His strength. Gideon questioned God and asked for reassurance, but God remained patient with him and used him to rescue Israel.
This story reminds us that God sees more in us than we see in ourselves; His plan is bigger than our doubt, and we must seek His will for our lives.
God may not show us every detail of His plan, but He will guide us as we follow Him. We can spend time with Him, obey His Word, allow Him to transform our thinking, and trust Him with our next step.
Bottom Line: God’s plan is bigger than our doubt.
